ON-DEMAND Services

ATIBA's
On-Demand Services cover a full spectrum of senior management,
business and technology services. What does 'On-Demand' mean?
It means you pay-as-you-go and employ the resources you need, when
you need them - regardless of whether you are in need of a senior
manager to help define strategic direction or whether you need a
business analyst to supplement a project team.
SENIOR
MANAGEMENT TEAM ON-DEMAND
Successful organizations are successful for a reason – they have
strong senior management teams (typically consisting of a CEO, CIO,
COO, CFO, CTO, CPO, CSO or CISO) to advise and guide them when
important, mission-critical, and costly decisions need to be made –
decisions that will ultimately drive strategic direction and that
will have substantial financial impact to the organization.
But, small and medium size businesses cannot necessarily afford this
expertise, at least not on a full-time basis.
ATIBA's unique business model enables you to
retain, on-demand, the
same quality of Senior Managers
afforded to the large organizations, but within the budgets
available to a small or medium size business.
ATIBA has on staff numerous
senior management team members who have extensive business
experience and extremely strong skills specific to their particular
roles. Their knowledge and skills enable them to guide organizations
when making critical and sometimes costly business and technology
decisions.
Let ATIBA's senior management
consultants become your senior management advisors - retain
the same talent that is typically afforded to only the largest
corporations!
CIO/CTO
On-Demand
The Chief Information Officer or Chief Technology Officer will
provide your organization the technology vision and leadership
required to successfully develop and implement the best information
technology solutions possible to support your business and
information needs. They will provide strategic and tactical
planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of information
and technology systems.
CSO/CISO
On-Demand
The Chief Security Officer (or Chief Information Security Officer)
is responsible for overall corporate security - they oversee and
coordinate all security efforts, including information technology,
human resources, communications, legal, and facilities management.
They safeguard the company's assets, intellectual property, computer
systems, as well as the physical safety of employees and visitors.
They are ultimately responsible for defining security policy,
strategy and vision. If an organization needs to comply with
government mandates such as GLBA, SOX or HIPAA but does not have a
CPO on staff, the CSO/CISO is typically the focal point for these
compliance activities.
COO
On-Demand
The Chief Operations Officer is responsible for day-to-day business
operations. They advise on strategic business development and key
corporate planning issues and make recommendations on major business
decisions. They keep the CEO informed about business activities,
potential threats, opportunities and recommended actions.
CPO
On-Demand
The Chief Privacy Officer is responsible for defining and
implementing corporate privacy policies and procedures, conducting
educational programs regarding privacy, as well as administering and
auditing the privacy programs currently in place. They are typically
the focal point for privacy-compliance related activities such as
GLBA, SOX and HIPAA. |
