as an 'on-demand service', have been designed to provide

Managed services' - means our clients pay a regular, monthly
fee to retain ATIBA to be
available to provide specific expertise and services when they are
needed. If ATIBA's services are
not needed EVERY month, the monthly fees paid stay in the 'client
kitty' until such time the client requires
ATIBA's services. At that time ATIBA begins to 'deduct'
fees from the 'client kitty' to pay for the services used. When the
'client kitty' runs dry, the client is billed at a reduced rate for
the remainder of services required.
On-Demand services' - means our clients 'pay-as-they-go' for
the services they require, when they need them.
